Terms and Conditions

By ordering the items you have chosen from ROKXK, you have indicated that you agree to these general terms and conditions. If you receive items that you did not order, you must notify ROKXK. If there are inaccuracies in the information provided to you by the ROKXK online shop, these must be reported to ROKXK as soon as possible.

Delivery times

Delivery times for in-stock items are normally within 3 days. The consumer can contact ROKXK at any time to be informed about the exact delivery time of the ordered product.

If the delivery time of the product is longer than 10 working days, ROKXK will inform you about this.

Cancellations

The product must be delivered to the consumer 30 days after ordering. If this does not ahppen, the consumer can immediately cancel the purchase. This does not apply if ROKXK has agreed a different delivery time with the consumer.

After dispatch of the order, cancellation is no longer possible, other than during the trial period to be reported below. All cancellations must be communicated to ROKXK in writing. In the cancellation you must include your name and order number. and note your account number. The account number must correspond with the account number with which you made the payment to ROKXK. Further conditions regarding returns You can read the amount to be paid in the chapter review period/cooling off period.

 

Appraisal period / Cooling-off period

Our products have a standard inspection period of at least seven working days. Effective the day after receipt by or on behalf of the consumer, unless mutually agreed otherwise. Within these 7 working days, you have the authority to terminate the underlying agreement with ROKXK. If you wish to terminate the agreement, you must notify us in writing (via e-mail, letter or fax). After our approval, you will receive the address details and you can return the product to us. You bear the costs and risk of the return yourself

sending the goods.

We will refund the payment, excluding shipping costs, that you made at the time you revoked the agreement with ROKXK within 30 days after we have received the product you returned. In addition to the above, the following conditions also apply to invoking this return policy.

The returned products must be 100% resalable. No changes may have been made to the returned product. The packaging must be unopened and the product must be unused and undamaged. All documentation, warranty certificates and packaging materials must be included with the return shipment.

ROKXK reserves the right to refuse returned products or to credit only part of the amount already paid if it is suspected that the product has already been opened, used or damaged by your actions (other than by ROKXK). If a product is returned that, in our opinion, has suffered damage that is due to the act or omission of the consumer or is otherwise at your risk, ROKXK will notify you in writing. ROKXK has the right to deduct the depreciation in value of the product as a result of this damage from the amount to be refunded to you. This cooling-off period does not apply to special offers, products that are specially tailored or colored for the consumer or products intended for professional use. N.B. The cooling-off period is therefore not a trial or test period.

 Royalty

All copyrights and photo materials used in this website belong to ROKXK. Publishing or using the content of this website is not possible. Legal action will be taken against this if necessary.

ROKXK processes personal data about you because you use our website / online shop and/or because you provide it to us yourself. Below is an overview of the personal data that we process:

Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process

Our website and/or online shop does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years of age. Unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore recommend that parents be involved in their children's online activities to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal information about a minor without this consent, please contact us at info@hacom.org and we will delete this information.

View, adjust or delete data

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You can send a request for access, correction or deletion to info@hacom.org . To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to enclose a copy of your proof of identity with the request.
We hereby ask you to black out your passport photo and citizen service number (BSN) in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. ROKXK will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks.

Security

ROKXK takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification.
